But when your instincts say something’s not right, you need more than reassurance.
You need someone who looks beyond the checklist, sees your child’s strengths, and understands how their nervous system shapes their experience.
Because behaviour is communication, and at Spring for Kids, we know how to interpret it.
Behind every giggle, game and activity, there’s a purpose. We start with regulation,
build through play and connection, and shape every session around your child’s unique needs.
The result is support that helps your child build the skills to thrive in the everyday activities
that shape their developmental journey.

Spring for Kids was founded by Sarah Russell, a senior paediatric occupational therapist who is frequently sought out when the ‘usual’ approaches haven’t worked.
She’s playful and instinctive, but every observation, decision and suggestion is backed by 20 years of clinical experience across tertiary hospitals, paediatric settings, and international schools.
Sarah has built a team around the same philosophy: therapists who share her curiosity and approach, and bring the same 360-degree care to every child they work with.
It’s the reassurance that things finally make sense.
The comfort of someone you can trust to actually help.
The relief of seeing improved regulation, coordination and attention.
Feeling proud as your child becomes more confident and capable in everyday life.
Less tears and struggles (dare we say, from both of you?)
